Sprich nur das Gute. Und das Neutrale. Und übersehe in dir all das was ist Kritik, negativ, herabsetzend, strafend. Die Erzählt und sprecht nichts negatives, übersieht es und überhört es einfach in euch.
Sprecht nur das neutrale und das positive für einen Tag. Macht es euch bewusst. Für einen Tag.
Was ihr sprecht.
Und dann für drei Tage.
Und dann für eine Woche.
Und seht, was sich verändert in eurem Leben. Grosse Dinge. Grosse Liebe. Grosses geschätzt-sein und geschätzt werden und wertschätzen.
Ihr wandelt euch.
Und ihr wandelt damit die Welt.
Es sind die kleinen Schritte, die einfachen Dinge, die den Weg des Lichts bereiten
Und euer Herz kann erblühen in Fülle an Grossartigkeit und Schönheit.

And see what changes in your life. Great things. Great love. Great things to be appreciated and to be honoured.
